The Company
Dacke Group Nordic is an investment company specialized in acquiring and developing companies within the marketing communication sector. Dacke´s geographical market is the New-Nordic Region, i.e. the Nordic countries surrounding the Baltic Sea. Companies within the market communication industry forming part of Dacke Group have several major national and international customers which are also represented in these areas.
Dacke invests where the major customers and the new Nordic stock exchanges are located.
During the last few years, Dacke has made a number of acquisitions that have laid the basis for a rapid and profitable expansion in the New-Nordic Region. Another feature of Dacke´s strategy is to acquire businesses which can level out cyclic fluctuations and deliver additional stable growth and profitability for the Group. The goal is to reach turnover of two billion Swedish kronor (SEK) on the Nordic market within a few years, with profitability that is better than the average for the sector..
Dacke Group Nordic is currently listed on First North (formerly known as Nya Marknaden) at the OMX Stockholm Stock Exchange .The Board of Directors has taken the decision to apply for a listing on OMX´s Nordic list (the equivalent of the current O-list at the OMX Stockholm Stock Exchange).
Acquisitions and disposals 2006
During the year, Dacke has acquired United Power AB, Hermelin Nordic Research AB, Softcom customer care AB, Proffcom AB, Budskap AB and Dapresey AB. Dacke has also bought 20% of the shaers in A-com.
Acquisitions and disposals 2005
During the period, Dacke acquired Hansen Conferences & Events, Relevant Information, VUE Interactive, Venture Communication in Denmark and Value PR.
